The journal aims to provide a platform for basic and clinical researchers, teachers, and medical students in the plastic and aesthetic surgery field to exchange information and share experience, thus promoting the development of the field. 
The journal covers technical and clinical studies related to plastic and aesthetic surgery, such as plastic and aesthetic materials, plastic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, head and neck surgery, microsurgery, laser treatment, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmoplasty, dentistry, psychology, social ethics, and other medical disciplines associated with the postoperative complications of plastic surgery. The journal particularly focuses on publishing research papers on plastic and aesthetic materials and aesthetic medicine. 
The journal publishes the following types of articles: Original Article, Review Article, Case Report, Editorial, Commentary, Research Highlight, Selected Photo/Photo-Archive, and others. Manuscripts with videos are welcome.
