Dr. Alireza Hamidian Jahromi is an assistant professor of plastic and reconstructive and gender affirmation surgery at Temple University Hospitals, Philadelphia, USA. He is also the co-director of the Gender Affirmation Surgery Center at Temple University Hospitals. He has received multiple national and international scientific awards for his presentations at medical conferences. He currently has been awarded multiple patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Dr. Hamidian Jahromi has authored 187 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, abstracts, and book chapters. His research interests mostly include gender affirmation surgery, facial feminizations, mastectomies (top surgery), vaginoplasty, metoidioplasty, phalloplasty and other parts of plastic surgery.
