Figure 3. 3 Stage tubed bipedicled postauricular flap. (A) Post auricular skin is harvested and tubed on itself while pedicled superiorly and inferiorly. (B) At 2-3 weeks the inferior limb is transposed, leaving superior pedicle intact.
