(B) Only the skin of the dorsally based skin flaps is undermined. (C) The underlying tunica dartos is incised and undermined bluntly to form a cavity. (D) The large, adult-sized prosthesis is then inserted. (E) The tunica dartos has been closed in such a way that the scar will be fully covered by the skin flap. (F) The skin is closed in a Y-like fashion to lengthen the labia majora caudally.
