Changes of Publication Frequency

We are excited to announce that on January 15, 2015, Plastic and Aesthetic Research (PAR) changed its publication frequency from quarterly to bimonthly.

PAR is an open-access, peer-reviewed, online journal. From its inaugural issue in June 2014 to January 2015, we have published three issues with authors from around the globe contributing 30 articles.

With the generous contributions of Editorial Board members and general and clinical researchers in the field of plastic and aesthetic research, more articles covering the most current developments have been written and submitted to the journal. To provide better service for authors as well as create an international forum to advance new works and findings more quickly, the publication frequency of the journal has been changed from quarterly to bimonthly.

This change marks important progress in the development of PAR. PAR vows to maintain rigorous and fair peer review in our new publication timeline. As always, we thank you for your continuous support.
